FAQs
Does the wick crackle?
To be direct: the wooden wick crackles during combustion due to moisture pockets and resin in the wood — audible but subtle, similar to smouldering embers rather than open fire.
What does it smell like?
In practical terms: sandalwood — warm, woody and grounding with a soft amber quality. Neither sharp nor sweet; suited to extended sessions in rooms where you want an unobtrusive but present fragrance.
How long does it burn?
The technical answer: up to 60 hours at standard burn conditions from the 570 g fill weight.
What shape is the jar?
Straightforwardly: 8 × 8 cm square, 8 cm tall — a modern square jar profile.
Is it gift-packaged?
The short answer: yes, arrives gift-packaged with the glass jar also suitable for reuse after the candle is consumed.
Can I warm it under a lamp?
Simply put: it can be warmed under a candle warmer lamp for fragrance delivery without burning — the crackle is a combustion effect and is not replicated when warming.
Do you deliver, and how long does it take?

What are the delivery costs?

Can I return it if it does not suit me?
In practical terms: yes — retain original packaging for return if required.
