An amber ribbed shade on a solid wood base that melts your candle from the top down, so it burns evenly, lasts far longer and never leaves soot on the glass.

Bundle & Save 20% — add any candle or bulb to your basket and get 20% off automatically.
  • A candle warmer lamp with a ribbed amber glass shade, a slim gold-tone arm and a solid wood base, standing about 35 cm tall.
  • A warming bulb melts the top layer of a scented candle so the fragrance lifts into the room without the wick being lit.
  • The pole adjusts in height so the same lamp handles a tall jar candle, a supermarket tin or a dish of wax melts.
  • Four brightness levels control the heat as well as the light, from a slow background scent to a room filled in fifteen minutes.
  • Two bulbs and non-slip pads under the base are included, so there is nothing else to buy on the first evening.

Product details

This is the lamp to start with. It is the cheapest candle warmer we sell and it does not feel like it: the shade is real ribbed amber glass rather than tinted plastic, the base is solid wood with non-slip pads underneath, and the two features that actually matter — a proper timer and a real dimmer — are both here rather than being reserved for the pricier models.

What you are buying, at any price, is a candle that stops being wasted. Lit, a candle tunnels down the middle, throws soot up the inside of the jar and needs supervising. Warmed from above, the whole surface melts flat, nothing is consumed, and the jar stays clean enough to see the wax through. A candle that gave you a fortnight of evenings will give you months.

The pole slides to set the gap over your candle, which is the one adjustment worth taking time over. Two to three centimetres above the rim is the usual starting point; you are aiming for a shallow, even pool of liquid wax right out to the edges after about twenty minutes.

The amber glass is worth mentioning because it changes how the lamp reads when it is off. Clear shades look like empty glassware on a shelf during the day. Amber looks warm at all times, which is a real consideration for an object that will sit out permanently rather than being tidied away.

FAQs

Is anything missing at this price?

No — the two features that matter most, the dimmer and the timer, are both included, along with two bulbs and a real glass shade. What you give up compared with our pricier lamps is height, decorative shape and a little heft.

How does a candle warmer lamp work?

A warm bulb above the candle melts the surface of the wax. Fragrance lifts out of that liquid pool into the room, the wick is never lit, and the wax sets flat when you switch off.

Will my candle fit?

The pole slides up and down, so standard jars, large jars, tins and shallow dishes of wax melts all work. If your candle is unusually tall, measure it and message us and we will check.

Is the scent as strong as burning it?

Usually stronger and steadier. A flame burns off part of the fragrance oil along with the wax; a warmer releases it instead. Turn the brightness up if you want the room filled faster.

Does the candle get used up?

Barely. Nothing is burned, so the level in the jar drops very slowly — over months you lose fragrance, not wax.

How long does it take to smell anything?

Ten to twenty minutes at a higher setting, once a thin pool has formed over the whole surface. Wide candles work faster than narrow ones.

Can I use it overnight?

Yes, on the 8 hour timer. There is no flame and it shuts itself off. Keep it on a stable surface clear of curtains and fabric.

Is it safe around children and pets?

Safer than an open flame, which is why most people switch, but the shade and bulb area get hot in use. Put it out of reach and let it cool before moving it.

Does it work with wax melts?

Yes. Put them in a shallow heatproof dish and set the pole low so the bulb sits close — no tealight underneath.

Can it rescue a tunnelled candle?

It is one of the best uses for it. The whole surface melts, so the ring of wax welded to the glass gradually levels back out.

Is it bright enough to read by?

No — the light goes down into the candle. It gives a warm glow to a room but it is not task lighting.

Will it slide around on a polished surface?

There are non-slip pads under the base, which is what stops it shifting when you push a heavy jar underneath.

Are bulbs included?

Two, so you have a spare from day one. Bulbs are a consumable in every candle warmer and eventually need replacing.

Is the JEKEMORYE amber lamp a good gift?

Yes. The ribbed amber glass and gold arm on a solid wood base look warm and elegant, making it a lovely Christmas, birthday or Mother's Day gift.

What kind of glow does it give?

A warm, honey-coloured glow through the ribbed amber glass — the classic warm lamp feeling, especially when dimmed.

Which candles pair well?

Soft scented, slow melting soy candles in vanilla, amber or spice suit the amber glow beautifully.

Does it come with a UK plug?

It runs on standard UK mains. Where the supplier confirms the plug type we state it on the listing; if it is not shown, message us before ordering and we will confirm what your unit ships with.

How do I clean it?

Cool it first, then a soft dry cloth on the amber glass and a barely damp one on the wood. Keep water away from the bulb housing and controller.

Do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Yes, across the UK. Delivery estimates and options are shown at checkout before you pay.

What are the delivery costs?

At £32.99 this lamp is under our £35 free-delivery threshold, so a flat £3.95 applies unless your order reaches £35 or more. The charge is shown before you confirm.

Can I return it if it does not suit me?

Yes, in line with our returns policy. Keep the packaging if you can — glass shades travel best in their original box.

Does it come with a warranty?

A specific warranty length is not confirmed in our product record, so we will not quote one. Your statutory rights apply, and you are welcome to ask before buying.
